My career journey has taken me through several fields of service in leadership. I began my career in my early 20s as a substance abuse counselor and case worker in the South Bronx, serving and supporting that community.
After 10 years, I transitioned into civil service, becoming a Correction Officer at Rikers Island. In September of 2001, at the time of the World Trade Center Disaster, I joined the New York City Police Department. Having served at Ground Zero my commitment to protecting my fellow New Yorkers and keeping our city safe grew stronger.
Toward the end, I shifted my focus to entrepreneurship and business administration, earning my degree from Manhattan College and later opening my own business in 2020. It is my honor to serve on the Westchester Towers Board
